God entrusts his house to the faithful servant. In a moment of deep physical and mental torment, I turned to glorious Saint Joseph to be my advocate and master; I truly abandoned myself to him. He drew me out of that moment of despair, as well as out of even worse situations where my honor and my soul were at stake, with more victory than I could have ever imagined.

I have no recollection of ever having pleaded to him for something and having been refused. The wondrous graces that God has granted me through this blessed saint are amazing; it is equally amazing how he has protected me--body and soul--against perils. It would seem that the Lord has given power to some saints to help us in specific cases; however, experience has shown me that this glorious saint helps us in all circumstances. The Lord wants us to understand that just as he obeyed the one who he called his father on earth, who was actually his foster father and therefore could command him, so does the Lord continue to fulfill all the requests of St Joseph in Heaven.
