The Second Vatican Council reminded the faithful that the Church celebrates Mary through the annual cycle of the Feasts to Our Lord. Therefore Mary is first and foremost associated to the Feasts of Our Lord (Cf. Vatican II, Constitution on the Liturgy §103).
