Without pre-empting the decision of the Church on Medjugorje, the author presents the message (followed by the date on which they were received) in the light of the Bible and the Tradition of the Church.
At Fatima, Our Lady of the Rosary announced that an era of peace would come in the end, when her immaculate heart would triumph because the people would have done what she requested.
At Medjugorje, the apparition helped the region through a dramatic period of conflict and alluded to the rising sun, a new spring that was to come.
The Queen of Peace compared God to the Rising Sun
There is in this image more than mere poetry. Malachi had already used this image:
"But for you who fear my name, there will arise the sun of justice with its healing rays."

John Paul II took this image also:
"[Jesus is the sun of justice and Mary is his mother] Mary from the time of her Immaculate Conception preceded the coming of the Savior, the rising of the "Sun of Justice" in the history of the human race."

In harmony with the Scriptures and the Magisterium, here is what Medjugorje says:
"Dear children, today I call you, through prayer, to open yourselves to God as a flower opens itself to the rays of the morning sun. Little children, do not be afraid. I am with you and I intercede before God for each of you so that your heart receives the gift of conversion. Only in this way, little children, will you understand the importance of grace in these times, and God will become nearer to you. Thank you for having responded to my call."

"Dear children, also today, I call all of you to grow in God's love as a flower that feels the warm rays of spring. Therefore, little children, you also can grow in God's love and bring this love to all those who are far from God. Seek God's will and do good to those whom God has placed in your path, and be light and joyful. Thank you for having responded to my call."

The promised peace will come through the return to God who is like a sun but whom the atheistic Communist regime claimed was dead, or at least unacceptable.
"Seeing, beginning with Fatima, how man has gone away from God, we must remember that it isn't the first time that God being denied and pushed off by man, out of respect for man's liberty, gives the impression that he has removed himself from him, with the consequence of a darkening of life which brings down the night upon history, yet only after giving us a refuge. It was thus at Calvary when God-made-man was crucified and died at the hands of men. What did Christ do? After invoking heaven's clemency with these words: "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing" (Lk 23: 34), he entrusted the human race to Mary, his Mother: "Woman, behold your son!" (Jn 19: 26). [...] Under the maternal mantle that, from Fatima, extends over all the earth, humanity feels a return of nostalgia for the House of the Father and his bread (cf. Lk 15: 17)."

"Dear children, this is a time of grace. Little children, today in a special way with little Jesus, whom I hold in my arms, I am giving you the opportunity to decide for peace. Through your 'yes' for peace and your decision for God, a new possibility for peace is opened. Only in this way, little children, this century will be for you a time of peace and well-being. Therefore, put little newborn bzby Jesus in the first place in your life and he will lead you on the path of salvation. Thank you for having responded to my call."
